Statement & Research

From the observation of life forms, I have reached at a universal law.
Starting with small cells, the assembly of individuals becomes an organization. And each individual always has a role as one of the activities of the organization.

Meanwhile, increasing the size of organization from a person, to a family, to a country, until it reaches the structure of the Earth.
And the Earth becomes one life form inside the Universe.

Even if I move the viewpoint to non-substance, invisible consciousness draws a splendid fractal geometric pattern. It goes from an individual identity to national cultures, and then a worldwide motion.
Within this flux, I focus on us, humans.

I observe numerous opposed and contrasting subjects (i.e light and shadow, inside and outside, mind and body, nature and human beings, etc.) to catch an insight of their movement, effect, reaction and relationships. And it has reached the shape of the hourglass.

Based on material concept from science, and non-material concept from ancient faith and knowledge, I’m interested in the mechanism of energy born from the “flow” and the possibility of harmonization of life forms.

Ordinary life is the place of observation. For men it is an important creation process as materials.

Focusing awareness on ordinary things makes their structures emerge to the surface.
For me, the creative act unfolds as a dialogue with the material, a dialogue with the invisible and a way to untie tangled ropes.
The works are memories of experience, traces of a challenging path.
They exist as a visual language.
