She picks up stones and puts them in the basket on her back.
As she advances, the basket gradually gains weight.
Stones called experience are scattered all over.
Which one to choose, which one to pick up?
Experience is accumulated as knowledge on her back.
The length of the path gives weight to the basket.
山を歩く一人の女性。
石を拾っては、背負った籠に入れる。
道のりを重ねるに連れて、籠は次第に重さを増して行く。
そこら中に散らばる経験という石。
どれを選ぶ。どれを拾う。
経験は知識として背中に積み上げられる。
道の長さは、籠に重みを与える。
